I don't have a clue, but we only have like 4 days to wait

I would suggest that it is coming from Quantic dream, and while my initial thoughts were appocolyptic, I am not so convinced, I think it is more about a break down in society than a destroyed one

1) the people rioting are either (A) Nintendo fans trying to break into the developer's studio that is making the game or (B) The Sony fans are trying to break into the studio to figure out who all will be in the game.

Hmm, the second video has carpenter ants (tropical ones most likely), which are known to be controlled by fungi when they invade their bodies and use them to get the fungi to an ideal growing spot. So, could this mean that the game will have some kind of mind control element to it?

Well actually Legend of Dragoon 2 is quite a silly idea, it is clearly the FF VII remake! As the next trailer is coming on the 7th of December
