Artwork From Square Enix’s Untitled Medieval Style Action RPG

In attempt to recruit new staff, Square Enix lifted the lid on an upcoming action RPG. That’s artwork for the unnamed title above.

Square Enix hasn’t said much about it, but it appears online play will be a key component. One of positions is for a network programmer who will work on network synchronization and player matching. The game will use 3D graphics too since Square Enix is looking for background modelers and a real-time 3D graphics programmer.

The planner position may give a hint about the gameplay. Square Enix wants to hire someone who focuses on combat action and another employee to design levels by placing enemies and items.

Im getting a Dark Souls + Devil May Cry + Red Dead Redemption vibe from this O.o

And Bleach (anime) yet i dont know why,

I predict a 2018 release.

Versus 13 launches that year, Square only releases major titles 4 - 8 years apart now remember?

No, after this is released, they will announce that V13 is now getting 100% support but will never be heard from until after 15-2 is released.

I'm not sure about the style but I love that owl!

No Castlevania? Because that's the first thing that crossed my mind.
