agree with mash chopper crash.
To add angel first episode of series and last episode of the series to best intro and end to a series in my opinion.

Dexter
Season 4: No I'm not going with Rita's death someone on here spoiled that for me so there was no shock. A scene that really impressed me was the Thanksgiving dinner. There's such tension in that scene and John Lithgow is so scary (proving how good an actor he is since I never thought he could go from Dick Solomon in 3rd Rock to a psychopath in Dexter)
Season 5: The scene where Debra almost catches Dexter and Lumen after they've killed Jordan Chase. Once again, a lot of tension and great performances.
Signature goes here!

What's incredible about the Zidane headbutt is that he had such an incredible reputation. If he had kept his cool (and possibly even won the final for France), he would have gone down as one of the greatest players in the history of the game. It was a rare example of a great sports moment that, instead of being a triumph of athletic ability, was one of the biggest gaffes in television history.
The end of the final episode of Blackadder Goes Forth, a very moving scene that is such a contrast to the rest of the show, and makes you remember when it was actually set. (the series being set in the First World War didn't really focus much on the war)

Also, not exactly a specific scene, but my favourite sci-fi episode of all that I have seen is Farscape: Through the Looking Glass from season 1, where Moya gets split into 3 dimensions, one has a red hue and causes some of the crew sickness, one is blue and has an earsplitting background noise and another is yellow and causes hysteria.

Awesome! Bring back Arrested Development!
Can't post specifics right now but The Shield and 24 have some fantastic moments.
