well I'm not saying the game will not be there but it might be that the surprise he is referring to is a different game..one which maybe will make an appearence in addition to this. I'm thinking this is the new game from Sony Santa Monica..most probably the next God of War

God of War IV wouldn't be much of a surprise at this point. But it would be awesome.


yep at this point unless it's like exclusive Half Life 3 or rebirth of a really popular old IP of sonys, I don't think I would be surprised. but damn I would LOVE to see a new GOW

Hey, it could be in the same way the original Mass Effect is a "360 Exclusive!".

Come to think of it, Valve and Sony are holding hands now. Look at what they did with Portal 2. If Sony got Half Life 3 to be a PC/PS3 only game, that's one hell of an "exclusive", as they put it.

Massive if, likely to not happen in 100 Years, but you never know

Kinda like how HL2 was only on Xbox 1 because PS2 couldn't handle it, maybe the same for HL3 if they're gonna push the PS3. Unlikely though.

I would agree with that as well. I obviously want the gameplay to be the best it can be, but I would be lying if I said I wouldn't buy it at some point.

Sure, but no sense for Valve from a business standpoint. Their fanbase would rage, that's for sure. I would be very angry too, so I can't say I'd be 'pleasantly' surprised at least.

it might be just a exclusive for console ver. after all, will still have a PC ver. and PS3 user will be able to online cross platform with PC user just like how they did for portal 2
