I decided to just go with VGCharterz (VGCz). I have created the team.

Apparently, though, there's a size limit of 8 per team. In the future, we may need to franchise!

For now, either friend me "FinalFan" in the NA server or post your name here and I will friend you when I see it; then I can invite you to the team.

As for you in the EU server, I believe the teams are region-specific, so creating it in NA shouldn't stop you from making the same thing in EU. But this knowledge is not certain.

I received your friend request, and I can see you in my Offline friend list, but I can't see you anywhere in the potential invite list of the team.  Are you sure you have a slot free?  (i.e. you have already joined less than 5 teams?)  You do not show up on my list of Ineligibles (there's a sub-level-30 guy in there).

I've only joined my friend's group, 1st Strike Sauce (I don't know what the hell it means either). Haven't joined any after that. I'll be on for a good long time this afternoon, I'll contact you if your on.
