Most people in that video looks so uncanny. I honestly can't tell if they are humans or robots that have escaped from Japan. Kim Jong Il does look like a crazy scientist from a Bond movie so I'm leaning towards the latter.

Perhaps Kim Jong Il worked in Japan, constructed some advanced robots and then decided to create his own robot nation?
