The poll is interesting. It suggests that people who don't like Skyrim can't even be bothered to enter this thread. This game is so lame that it isn't worth hating.

By the way, I voted "No/TES".

Ur a party pooper.

Watch my friend play the opening hour of the game on the PS3 earlier looks quality now just waiting on the steam unlock!

The reviews were expected really TES games are always well received just hope the PC version isn't a bug ridden mess like everything bethesda make (kinda want some spinning heads though :P)

preordered it on amazon with release day shipping for the pc. It better be there by tomorrow because my university's postoffice is closed on the weekends. These scores really are spectacular. Oblivion got very high scores at a time when pretty much any major game was almost guaranteed to get a 93+ metacritic. Reviewers have been especially harsh this year so for it to have improved on oblivion's metacritic, at least for now, is nothing short of spectacular.

The most amazing news is, at least from the reviews I read so far, this game doesn't seem to be that buggy. I think this is a first for a Bethesda game!

Read the EDGE review then...

"

Skyrim still takes place in a world where a woolly mammoth can suddenly levitate a hundred feet into the sky and stay there. It still takes place in a world where trying to aid the city watch in a battle against a rampaging dragon can see you arrested and taken to prison – before the battle's over, mind – for striking one of the soldiers with a glancing blow. It's still a world where a nobleman will try, repeatedly, to enter a tavern, having forgotten to climb off his horse first. It's a world of clunking animation, of reused voice actors, of bandits talking over their own death throes. It's a world that's entirely engaging one moment and an utter farce the next. But it's a world that, providing you offer up your suspension of disbelief, delivers more than most games even attempt.

"

It's gonna be a bit buggy but as EDGE point out if you like the experience you'll ignore them as always.

Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...

Damn it's at a 95 right now!!

I really hope it stays there.

96! It's also funny how they don't even bother to add PS3 reviews anymore

Argh it needs to stay at a 95 so I get full points in the meta prediction thread!

Interesting reviews! I will have to wait a bit before I buy it though

I have lived as a warrior. I have died as a god. Having suffered the ultimate sacrifice, I have been denied release. I...I will defeat Olympus. I will have my revenge
