In Kansas a gamer had waited in line at the local GameStop for his copy of Modern Warfare 3 he proudly drove home anxious to get his copy into his game console and begin playing. But when he was in his apartments parking lot so close to home a vehicle drove in behind him boxing him in. With nowhere to go a teenager approached him armed with a gun and ordered the 27 year old gamer to hand over his copy of Modern Warfare 3.

When the gamer mouthed the teenager off saying Fuck you the teen dropped a round into the ground and racked a second round into the chamber. Ready to shoot the 27 year old the teenager took aim but that gamer was not willing to hand over his copy of ModernWarfare 3, the 27 year old attacked the teenager head on risking a bloody hail of gun fire the gamer managed to scare the teenager into fleeing.

The police found the teenager a short time later standing in line at the same GameStop the gamer had purchased his copy from. The police detained the teenager on site and he is awaiting a court date.

The question is was this an act of bravery or stupidity?

It's complete and utter stupidity... from both of the guys involved in this story.

The cop in me thinks that was totally stupid but the gamer in me says that was totally stupid.

Now we can truly say COD is a military simulator and trainer. Well done hero!!!

Man, imagine if Cod MW3 sucked--and these two had faced of in this life altering moment for a shitty game!

cod is not a game worth dying for.. i wouldn't even say it was worth paying for too.. so maybe the teen knew he was getting ripped of buying the same cod game he brought the year before but with a different cover and thought.. fuck it il steal the crap.

Well I guess if that was me I would think who the hell would shoot me over just a game, he is probably bluffing. But I doubt I'd take that chance lol.

Well he proved the gun had ammunition in it and wasn't a fake. Second I saw a round drop to the ground and that the gun wasn't a plastic fake I would be pissing my pants. I doubt I would be stupid enough to resist someone at gun point in the first place because there is a chance he's bluffing with a plastic gun but he could have a real one. Once I knew it was real I definitly wouldn't be stupid enough to resist! I'd hand the game over take down the lisence number and report it!
