I must say since I own an HD console buying the Wii version is really out of the question. But for Wii consumers who only own Wii's I guess the game doesn't look half bad. Honestly Wii has hit its limits a long time ago and you just can't release a port from the HD consoles that is worth purchasing on Wii. Also Conduit 1+2 looked better in my opinion I played BlackOps on Wii last year and fact is I would much rather be playing Conduit then a port which is so watered down its barely worth playing if you have the HD version.

I really hope next generation WiiU is closer graphically and capability wise to Nex-Box/PS4 because I honestly don't like having to shuffle between three consoles to get the optimum experiance.

I hate watered down ports even if they are on my favorite platform. If Activision wants to make a quality title on Wii it should be a new IP or an exclusive. You can't compare an exclusive or new IP to an HD version if its a solid product its worth buying. But when you own the HD platforms and the port is so drastically watered down it really isn't worth the investment when you can get the real version for like 10$ more!

I can't possibly know what changes in terms of gameplay from Wii version to HD version aside better aiming perhaps with the Wii mote? Even though If that's the case I would prefer the PC version because nothing beats keyboard + mouse.

Anyway I'm not really interesed in graphics it's just I can't understand why would someone play the WIi version IF had a HD console/PC.  And just to clarify this im not a nintendo hater or HD fanboy, in fact my favorite console this gen is the Wii.

oh man, i was thinking the same thing. If he thinks that is the best game on WIi im not sure we should be following his advice, and he needs to hit puberty ASAP. My fav part "ill be playing this forever" until next year.

OT, i dont think it looks better than GE, but it does seem to run a little smoother. and they still have problems with host lag. If your a multiplat owner dont see why you would buy this on Wii, "better" controls cant make up for lack of features and performance IMHO.  I want to see how SP is, that will really put this version to the test

sure to the consumer maybe. but to the publisher!? Why should Acti invest time and money on something that might not sell that well, we're not talking about a dancing or exercise game here, we're talking about FPS a genre that isnt as popular on the Wii to begin with. Its easier, faster, cheaper to just water a game down use the BIG COD branding and get another million sales over time. I mean hell they dont even have to advertise this version, they dont even preview it and it still will reach a mil sales in less than a year

Dang it! You beat me to the punch! Lol. The game looks pretty good for the Wii. I don't know if I'll buy MW3 in general. I'm still playing Black Ops and so I might wait. We'll see though.

...in all seriousness, looks good for the Wii version. Black Ops passed 1mil about 2 months ago, and is getting to 1.1mil now, I don't see why this version can't do the same.
