I misread you and thought you where talking about 360 from just the EMEAA perspective and I agree, In the end we just have to realise these are good figures that are subject to change as more data comes in what I would like and have mentioned it to ioi with out reply is for the site to increase it's endeavours to gather more reliable data from outside the UK , there is a real need for this and it could further establish VG chartz as a reliable site and set it a part because it's the data and quality of the data that you have and your competitors don't that makes a difference, finishing off I still stand by what I said from an EMEAA perspective. |
Oh sure I like the site and am comfortable how to "take" the numbers. I just wanted to explain to others in the thread that EMEAA (at least for the moment) is harder to track in response to the queries around the PS3.
Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...

The part about realising the figures are good but subject to change was like your post aimed at others , has i know you have a very good grasp of the situation.
Research shows Video games help make you smarter, so why am I an idiot
Not just Europe... US software seems wrong too.

I never pay attention to VGChartz software for Europe. Never seems right.
For instance, European numbers put UC3 at just shy of 200k. VG has them at 500k.
As for the PS3 being undertracked: no, it's not. Definitely not world wide.
Sony's shipment numbers are literally right above VGC's totals, and there are no shortages reported anywhere, so there are definitely PS3's on shelves.
