It seems that those who are participating in the Xbox Live Fall Update Preview Program should be able to nab a private beta for Mass Effect 3 right now. As shown in one of the images above, the download is 1.81 GB.

This beta wasn’t intended for mass public viewing (you’ve probably guessed that at this point), but fans have nevertheless already started to sample the game.

There are reports that the beta is available in North America, though the same cannot be said for Europe and Australia. We’ll let you know if it somehow ends up in other territories.

I hope so much that I can get this, seeing as how Im in the beta... but it is apparently NA only. I shall check on Xlive in a little while.

As tempting as that is I'm not going to download it.
