Yeah, that's the bad half. The good part is that the game isn't going to be like the DS games.

Which was half bad because it wasn't a console-ish game.

As a fan of the console style game I am happy to hear this. Might be the type of thing that would get me to consider buying the portable.

All this means is it will be a fully 3D game to take best advantage of the 3D screens, whereas the DS games were more like LttP style, except no where near as good.

That's not what he said at all. Don't know if I should be surprised by the lack of reading comprehension, though I guess this could lead to some good meltdowns somewhere down the road with the next handheld Zelda is revealed.

LOL Touche, I for one am pleased. Anything having to do with Zelda usually turns out fine for me. I just stay away from the DS games

Oh cool I hope they continue the trend of it being a direct sequels since spirit tracts is a sequel of Phantom hourglass which was a direct sequel to Wind Waker.

I'd like to see a prequel to Wind Waker showing the last link flooding Hyrule. Or seeing how Skyward
Sword keeps getting 10s having more of it in handheld form would be good. And the new art style will lend nicely to the 3ds since I'm starting to tire of toon link.
