I have stated it ends on 6 PM Central Time multiple times already today, and while I'm happy to provide a link such as this, it isn't like it is hard to find...so please don't insinuate it is my fault that it was unknown when exactly the day would end.

35 games over the span of a few years I can't remember a mod who went back in time and counted the votes according to a specific time. It ends when the mod officially ends the game in a printed statement by him or the co-mod.
