What makes you so certain?

So assuming you're telling the truth, there's 3 known vanillas and two claims. Add in up to 4 mafia and you have 9 of 15, which still leaves many roles uncertain and none of the power roles known. It's still too early to be "sure" about it.

Why the change of attitude towards being vanilla?

@Heph:
Well, my theory (a very random guess though) was that Mafia didn't pick me because I was new.
And about MG, well, I don't think Mafia killed him because they knew he was a doc, but rather because he was the easy way out.
Even if I hadn't posted as much as others, I've been following this thread very closely, and I hardly noticed MG, and I assume, Mafia, looking at this, killed him because he was probably gonna be unprotected.

If I wasn't feeling so lazy I would go back and observe when ST was under fire and find out who were the active posters who seemed to distance themselves from him. Also, point out the votes that felt like tag alongs.

Something tells me this is a very basic vanilla game.

I am sure this is a very basic vanilla game...

Are you vanil too?

Also, I would like to add that it is likely we have 4 scum if this a routine mafia game.

*Nods*

Yep, I already knew yesterday that there are 2 vanilla out there^^ todays flip makes it seem even more obvious... there is still the tiny possibility that everyone vanilla is already dead or me...

Do you think Linkz new aggressive attitude is because he realized the odds he's against with so many vanil claims that he felt it necessary to act the way he is acting for the sake of him surviving this game as a scum, or that he is genuine?

And this is me going a step further and over-analyzing, but maybe he's sacrificing his buddy wonk???

I don't like how this is going at all.

You think Linkz sacrificed one, and now is working on his second?

Secondly, I don't even see what all the fuss about Wonk is about. Is it his wavering during the ST lynch? He's suspicious, yes, but I don't think there is so much that Linkz would go out of his way to lynch him. If he were a good candidate for a lynch, then yes, it's likely that a scum might lead the lynchtrain. I, for one, wouldn't have been eager to vote for him today. I was much more suspicious of stefl, but the feeling has faded quite a bit. Instead, I'm reeling with the number of suspicions popping up, leading into my next point..

...there are far too many candidates. I think everyone needs to calm down. It's chaos in here and that's exactly what the mafia want. Let's go about this the proper way. Why do we think wonk is scum? Analyze, discuss...things may die down, we question someone else, analyze discuss, etc etc.

Well... maybe he is trying to drive out the real cop, he is the cop or he has found something interesting in wonks posts which will leave us in awe because he is such a genius and discovered something only he could discover... hard to tell right know if he is genuine, either way it could even be he has no power at all and is just testing out something... he is a good enough player to come up with a sceme...I suggest we should wait a bit and let him explain why he did vote for him

Well I suspect there is a cop and a doc somewhere around... but not anything more than that...

I don't think he would throw wonk under the bus when there wasn't voiced much suspicion on wonk, specially, when there is the posibility of the cop still being out there and uncovering him earlier then he would like it...

Could you please rephrase this question... I think I am going to go into a huge misunderstanding without clarification what it means^^

You've admitted to being bored when vanilla, yet your first post said "I like my role - its so nice to be something else sometimes^^"

Humm^^ can't say I remember playing the last few times... so it just may be that I don't remember being anything else than mafia, lurker, loser... from when is that statement (me getting bored when vanilla)?

It's from many rounds ago, and could have even been in a quicktopic thread. I remember it vividly though, because I used it to peg you as a power role the time you were Lie Detector. You were very active and not obvscum.

You have been mafia quite a bit from recent recollection though,(I need to update the archives, like majorly) so I could see that as an exciting change of pace.

I will humbly admit that I did not realize (or maybe I didn't  remember) that Linkz started the lynch train on ST or heavily contributed to it yesterday so I digress.

And I will take your advice and let this thing cool down.

Heck, maybe all the scum are the ones who haven't contributed since the day started! ok ok, I'll stop.
