I say that because nobody should be asking for help on other sites or even IRL.(though it's unlikely you'd know somebody IRL and not know they're on VGC) You never know who might read it or catch wind of it.

I like the rise in activity, going to need another read-through to digest it and start getting more suspicions though.

To answer the general question of the day, I will be pushing for a lynch. I think I'll decide on a prime suspect by tomorrow night, leaving plenty of time for pressure or for another candidate to emerge.

About moreno's edit, I don't think he knew what he said looked scummy, nor do I think possible scummates would have pointed it out, causing him to edit it. Anyway, I'll fight against a newbie lynch day one, so he gets a pass as does Noctis. That doesn't mean I don't want to hear from them though.

Marcus's first post didn't give me a scum vibe, and his revenge votes on hat and Trucks reminds me of his last game where he lashed back at prof. I think he's clueless town and doesn't know how to play any better. That said, if he's too busy to play I'd like to see radish replace in.

I'm also not going to push for a lynch of the more active players, because it's just not as fun without em. Though if I'm suspicious of them I will let it be known.

Oh and let's get some wording straightened out to avoid future confusion. Since "role" generally refers to Vanilla Townie/Town Cop/Mafia Roleblocker/etc. let's call name/character hints or claims exactly that. A roleclaim can include the name/character, but isn't required. A nameclaim would not include the role.

There is a role, doublevoter, which can vote twice and depending on the mod could have a single vote on two different people. Everyone would know(by way of the official votals) if that were the case though.

How this is an issue simply blows my mind.

The other thing that blows my mind is how you can be so diplomatic about it.

Vengeful mafia, eh? I've never seen that as a mafia role. Sounds similar to anti-town survivor. Wishful thinking or an excuse?

Why is it an issue? Character claims carry no penalty. Role claims do. See: "all that trouble" that hat went through.

I'm surprised MJ was just a vanilla townie, I kinda thought with his first comment that his role would have some kind of importance which would explain the feeling pressure part.

That referred to his demeanor, not his role (other than generic mafia). 

"i hate you. this is so not fair. uh i'm cool. your putting to much pressure on me buddy but i will rise or die. which ever comes first?" SO does not fit with "MarcusDJackson [...] was Gate Keeper-Town Vanilla."

I can't believe Baal would switch people's roles post-start like that.
