Billiards, Laser Hockey, and the Tank game are all addictive when you have another person around.  You say "Okay, no more tank game" and twenty minutes later you're playing it again.  They're so simple yet very fun.

Tetris. Lots and lots of Tetris. I can seriously sit down and play that game and a day can go by like it was an hour.
