Lindsay was done the second she started showing up on set drunk. She had no regard for her employer or her fans she decided to do what ever she wanted and not give a shit about whether it hurt others, was illegal or even hurt herself. She was selfish and self absorbed like Charlie Sheen except unlike Charlie Sheen Lindsay has done absolutely nothing to rebound or restore her image.

Even Sheen has apologized for some of his remarks and sought to repair some of the damage he did. Something Lindsay has not done much of.

Being a celebrity and actress is a full time job it is your life. You have an image to maintain it would have been one thing if Lindsay had been a punk from the get go, but she had established a fan base and image through her work with Disney. Lindsay decided to throw her career with Disney away and didn't bring much to the table for other film companies.

Lindsay lacks the talent to actually restore her career. Sure she can get some small parts in films and even larger parts in lower budget movies. But she will not be able to land a lead role again if she continues down this course. The drugs, alcohol, illegal activity and PlayBoy will completely destroy any chance she has of restoring her career.

In the end she is over, she's not like Britney Spears who actually put a lot of effort into bouncing back and had the talent to do so. Lindsay lacks the ambition the actual drive to be successful and she lacks the talent needed to rebound even if she managed to turn her whole image around she could never prove to directors and producers that she is good enough to get another lead role.

She burned her bridges with Disney and Paramount. She has wrecked her image and destroyed any possibility of rebounding. It would take a miracle for Lindsay to actually make a full career recovery!

People already know her boobs since she posed as Marilyn Monroe (and even before that).

While I don't deny that a good lot of us are sadistic fucks, people enjoying gladiators killing each other or Christians getting murdered is not quite the same as watching a Hollywood celebrity train wreck. The former didn't have the same choices IMO. And as wrong as it probably is, I have little sympathy for her.

But still some people don't realise posing for Playboy isn't her problem, her true problems are the bloody mess alcohol and drugs made of her personal and professional life. Countless women, even famous actresses, posed for Playboy without any problems, instead often boosting their fame or reviving it when it was fading, even more often being launched by it when they were still unknown, and hey, compared to other adult mags, and what we can find on the net, it's almost innocent, just the most bigot pricks still find it scandalous.

I feel sorry almost, but she has way more money than me so ya.

It's not the fact that she's posing for Playboy that's the problem. It's that her career is pretty much in the pooper and she's thinking this will help jumpstart it back up. She needs to get her life together first before she even thinks about doing anything new about her career. I think all of the drugs and alcohol make her seem unattractive, although Playboy will do a good job (hopefully) of making her look hot.
