Going to change it up a bit and purchase a PS4 at launch. I waited around 6 months for the PS3 but now I have so many games to complete that even if it takes a while for there to be a few must have games I don't mind waiting as I will be frantically trying to complete my PS3 games.

Depends on when it releases.

I'm going to start college next year, so money will definitely be a bigger factor in when I get games than in the past.

No sooner than fall 2013. I'm waiting to see if the Wii U is actually worth whatever Nintendo's gonna charge for it, and if it has some compelling games as well. Also waiting to see what the story with the Nextbox is... will it be out within a year of the Wii U's launch, and if it is, will it have a compelling launch library.

Right now, my 360 should easily tide me over for a couple more years with all the games coming out for it in the future, like GTA5, Halo 4, obviously whatever COD comes out, etc.

will be buying the PS home console within a year or so of release...hopefully. need to see what it has in store first tho

pretty sure won't be buying a WiiU tho..Ninty first party games just bore the hell out of me in general. and doesn't look like they have anything promising in any genre outside of platforming atm. Thinking of buying a xbox within 2-3 years of launch tho. 

I'm still not sure if I will be buying any of the next generation home consoles at all; I do know that I will not be buying any within the 1st year.

i can wait anyway the PS3/360 are good enough to last me alot more time

In the past I always waited a couple of years but next gen I will buy both PS360 on launch day.

As a big shot reviewer on a major gaming site don't you feel obligated  to own all three consoles?

2012 or early 2013 after xmas debt is out of the way.
