One thing you did not include is the FPS for GT5 and Forza 4.  In a racing game, to have your FPS dip below 30FPS I would not call stellar experience.  Forza 4 barely Dips below 60 and if it does its 1FPS.  This in a lot of people opinion is huge.  Yes, GT5 has the most content but a lot of people like a more focused experience.  The 2 developers concentrated on 2 different experience which can cater to 2 different gamers.  Poly wanted more content but had a very unsavory interface and poor FPS.  Turn 10 polished their game FPS and physics giving a smoother experience and feel.

Exactly.

Digital Foundry found that in ideal conditions (720p, no weather, daytime track, 12 racers) GT5 FPS still dropped to 32FPS and that's with Spec 2.0. Before Spec 2.0 FPS dropped to 18FPS.

Turn 10 cared about quality over weather and night racing. They only have racing on track, but with 530 premium cars, constant 60FPS, and unrivaled physics, it's a better experience for what it does offer.

Wait what are you looking at? You can't include your tally numbers with this, then you'd count many votes twice. Look at the poll, GT5 is winning as expected.

It's fluctuating so much. Right now it tells me

Graphics and Sound: Forza4 -42, GT5- 41.

Graphics: GT5-16

Sounds: Forza4 - 3

Graphics same -3

Graphics/Sound same -9

Looks like GT5 is winning in the graphics department, and Forza in sound. Given this websites strong inclination of PS3 users over 360 users, this is damn impressive for a 360 exclusive on this site.

Still I'll go with reviews, IGN and GT give Forza4 a better grade for graphics, and it's a newer title, so standards are higher. :P

Considering the case, Forza 4 is doing damn well. It has more total Graphics/Sound votes, and is only off set by graphics votes for GT5. Even then, the Sony fans think Forza 4 sound is better, which is an achievement on its own.

You just keep lying to yourself, ignoring reviews, polls, comparision articles, results from digital foundry,etc until GT5 is a better game in your mind.

Quality over Quantity :P or in your weird apple example, an Apple pie over a dozen apples.

No I wouldn't be because I see the worth in both GT5 and F4 since i'm not that overly biased. All of those features are very welcome (and awesome) 

 

I can't wait to find GT5 for cheap on Black Friday because then unlike you I will get to experience the best of both worlds

With your logic of features that would mean Halo is leagues better than any PS3 FPS exclusive simply because it has more features that are importent in a FPS.

lol FPS core features are guns and shooting, ps3 shooters cover those all the rest is fluff, so fail logic

and you can't compare apple pie and peach peach pie, thier two completely different pies where personal prefrence is key and no one persons prefrence is the same and or better than someone's else

but Forza fans aren't in here comparing prefernce, you guys KEEP saying it's BETTER than GT5, I'm here to show you all it's not......not by a fucking long shot

now take your pick it's either: GT5 utter fucking destroys Forza in almost every way concering a sim or these are two different games made for two different fanbases thus shouldn't be compared as it all boils down to personal prefernce meaning ther're both good in thier own ways, me I'm fine with both how bout you???

It's also a fact that with that attitude you won't last long here on VGC. Yo_John sides with Michael 5 arguments in the same fashion that goforgold sides with Ethomaz (and vice-versa) arguments. What's the problem of backing up the argument you personally think holds the most logic? That's how debates are made.

Actually out of all the people in this thread I agree with what you said the most. I hope to see your opinions of F4 once you get it.

A lot of what Michael says is pretty good too, some of it I'm inclined to disagree with and I'm not a fan of some of his methods of debating in this thread (especially against goforgold) But overall I think Michael 5 is one of the more reasonable people in this thread and a good all around member.
