The whole game is based around an MMO aspect so i am not sure what kind of version if any the 360 would get. The devs said they were still in discussion with MS at the end of last year and still nothing was said about that version. There website of
Has it listed as PS3/PC only as does the wiki site for it
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kingdom_Under_Fire_II
"In October 2010 the Xbox 360 version was announced to be delayed to at least Christmas 2011 due to restrictions imposed on Xbox Live games by Microsoft relating to billing; development of the actual game system was said by the developers to be complete.[10] The projects budget had exceeded $20 million by late 2010.[10]
In November 2010 Blueside announced the development of a PlayStation 3 version, initially with a projected release date in 2012, citing the suitability of the PS3's online mechanism's for adding updates. Issues relating to the online Xbox 360 version were stated to be under continued discussion with Microsoft.[11]"
So the devs have't actually came out and verbally said it was cancelled since they have been in talks with MS for over a year now on this issue, but there website has it listed as PS3/PC release in 2012 as there main concern. If a 360 version is released, it would be a late port without the added PS3 update features as it was stated in

All in all, it doesn't look for a 360 version as it appears to be on the back burner atm and may get cancelled like the previous mmos i mentioned. It will likely be quietly swept under a rug like the PS3 version of The last Remnant, different devs but similiar situation with delays..
