I think this is what Nintendo has going through their heads when they consult the need for security/wiifriend codes online

As far as I can tell it’s a commercial for an online service that will get people’s wiis online

As for what's going on it goes something like:

The guy in the red sweater says “Big brother will do his best.”

I’m not entirely sure on the next part but I could swear he says in English, “I’ll choose Kazuyuki!”

Red sweatshirt guy yells “Alright!” and the fight begins.

While they’re fighting it goes into the spiel for the Flet’s online connection package. Honestly I can never follow these things, but Googling Flet’s got me to an IGN article that goes over it.

At the end of the match the little kid asks, “Who is Kazuyuki?”

It then cuts to Kazuyuki (The weird man woman person) who says “Shingo (the guy in the red sweater) you’re weak” and then says “Once again.”

My understanding of Japanese is pretty minimal so I wouldn’t depend on its accuracy, but you should get the idea of what’s going on.

As for whether it’s a man or a woman? Your guess is as good as mine, but I’ve found that when you’re dealing with Japan it’s better to assume man.
