On the fence between Christianity and Atheism.

I believe a God created the Earth, and perhaps created organisms...but I definitely think evolution has happened. I don't really believe in the bible.

You don't sound like much of an atheist or a christian. Maybe you should go with free-thinker.

so only atheists are free thinkers, so i didnt think on my own, when i decided Christianity was by far the most logical believe system their is.

in my experience, almost all atheist i have come across are the least free thinking people there are, instead functioning as a hive mind.

Strict Atheist, bordering on Militant (I only tend to get in arguments when I see people making bold claims and being unable to back them up.) I believe that God is nothing more than a metaphor for the unknown, anthropomorphosized by man since the dawn of time. Norse did it, Greeks did it, Romans did it, Egyptians did it, Jews did it, Christians did it.

When it was Thor, he was known to be the cause of storms. as time went on, so did our religions and our gods, and now we have christians and muslims having "God" fill in every little crack.

It all sounds too flexible and convenient to be anything more than a hopeful fantasy.

I think he meant free thinker as in someone who believes in something other than a major world religion. It probably didn't belong with the atheist category.

Just curious, what is logical about Christianity? It confuses me quite a bit.
