As we all know The Walking Dead Series 2 starts next sunday in america and some time in like november for the rest of the world. (I am british but i will be watching it on FX) I just cant wait for it to start! Im setting this thread up ready for episode 1 so we can disscuss it and if anyone wants to hype heres the place. I'm very excited for the series. After watching Season One, I ended up buying the walking dead compendium, and the remaining books of the comic the tv series is based on. While they were very well written, there was plenty of scenes that seem far too unrealistic for the tv series so I'm interested to see what they will do instead. Season one had some interesting differences from the comics and though it seems that at least for season two they are continuing the basic plot of the comics, its nice that they are adding a lot of changes so I don't always know whats happening, 

Thankfully the main theme of the series still seems to be the way humans would interact among each other during a zombie invasion, which has yet to be portrayed well in movies simply due to time limitations. I don't watch a lot of tv, but I am going to make sure make time every sunday to watch the newest episode no matter what. The Walking Dead is my favorite TV series in a long time, at least based on season one. Season One was so short that knowing there will be at least 13 more episodes makes me very giddy. Hopefully season two ends up also being a commercial success so they continue making more seasons.

When will it screen in the UK? im sure it was october time last year?

There are no other dates but the 16th so it may start at the same time in england too!!! :D

Hate this series, even though I havn't seen it, when I walk my neice back from school she goes on and on and on and on about it, god she won't shut up about it!

just saw the 1st episode of Se1 last night pretty good i believe there was another thread on here about it so thats how i was recommended to it and this one recommended me to get caught up, other wise i would of forgot about it. will watch one or so per night so i can be caught up for sunday

surprised on the amount of gore in it and that the chick from prison break (another one of my past fav. shows) is in it

i really like the seriousness of it i hate the comedy zombie films and shows i believe theres one on MTV airing now and there where a few films that i thought were overrated, there nothing funny about zombies, being lost, emotionless, sick, and obsessed
