You have to understand that the Blackhawks and the Red Wings are two of the original six teams in the league and have probably had the fiercest rivalry since then.  They are the hockey equivalent of the Bears and Packers or Yankees and Red Sox.

Detroit has made it to the play-offs for 21 seasons in a row, which I'm pretty sure is the longest streak for any team across all major sports. 

They are a very good team, although they have lost some big names, I'd still consider them a big threat. 

BUT I do hope Chicago wins only so Minnesota can ruin the streak Tuesday!!!

I think you are confusing Minesota with Columbus. 

Let's not forget Minnesota was the first team to beat Chicago this year.

Apparently Minnesota has won the past 3 games against Chicago.

Either way, I'm looking forward to Tuesdays game!

One of these days the Hawks are going to lose and the Wild is a very talented team so it's possible.

Well Spurge.  Eventually they are going to lose to someone and it might not be to a good team.

Shots on goal are down below 20 for other teams, our defense is killer( down right Deadly), Our offense and goal tenders are amazing! Even if one is hurt we still have more that teams have to dig through.

Not too mention that they have the best Fraking fans in the world! So the next time a team thinks they finally have something to take the Hawks down, they need to think to themselves "What do we really have in our favor? The Gates of hell are about be unleashed on us, and we should just be happy that the Glorious Hawks allow us on their side of the Ice, let alone score a point.

I can't say that I disagree with any of this and am amazed at how close to perfect they are playing.  

I just know that it's not possible for them to win EVERY game.  Look at yesterday as an example.  Now that was close.

Damn, da Hawks cannot be stopped! Gotta say I haven't been this excited about this team since the cup year. The other great thing is we have plenty of young exciting talent like Saad to go along with the still relatively young core to keep us a force in the league for awhile.
