That's Connie Talbot, she was second place on Britain Got Talent, first season if I believe and she was merely 6 years old back then. Her rendition of "Somewhere over the Rainbow" is really amazing, and it seems that she has improved her vibrato (no longer abuses it).

I'll be very interested in where this girl goes. I'm amazed that she actually has power behind her voice, didn't think a ten year old would be able to pull that off. She's certainly gotten better since all of that X-Factor stuff.
