That must mean this weeks numbers are going to arrive soon. The most exciting week of the year....the suspense is killing me >_<

Edit: Wait are the US numbers up? Because Pezus and the guys post below me kinda make it sound like they are.

Wow, another 1 million+ worldwide for the XBox 360. Even it's Europe numbers weren't that bad when you compare it with the PS3 numbers in the U.S. They more then doubled the PS3 sales. It's still unlikely they will catch the PS3 for 2011 sales, but man did they totally erase the 1.5 million gain the PS3 got earlier in the year. Maybe now people will understand why no one thinks the PS3 will past the XBox 360 before the next-gen starts.

It just took $1B marketing budget to almost erase that 1.5M units gap reduction PS3 achieved in the first 10 months of the year.

Is that how much they have spent this holiday or is it like the Kinect 500 million campaign where it wasn't actually just for the Holiday?
