The Bears are such a failure. I didn't watch the game, but the stats are puzzling. How did the Bears manage to lose based on those? Solid pass and rush yardage, no turnovers, but only 13 points. I feel sorry for all the FIBs out there.

...

Just trying to sound more like an American. Is it too much, maybe?

The only people that say FIBs are Cheeseheads from Wisconsin.

The Bears lost because they gave up the big play and they were doozies.  Their defense looks very old this year.  The Bear's pass yardage should have been much better.  Cutler played as well as any QB could have played.  As soon as he realized that his line wasn't blocking (which was nearly every play in about 1 second), he ran around like a chicken with it's head cut off, and would launch a laser directly into his receivers hands which would be dropped avery other time.  He also took several vicious hits and kept getting up.  Announcer John Gruden commented that Cutler was the toughest guy he's ever seen.  If I were him I'd demand a trade today.  Dropped passes have hurt his passer rating all year.  :p  Seriously, as a Bear fan I've watched QBs not be able to get the ball to their receivers my entire life.  Now we have a guy who usually gets the ball there and it's constantly being  dropped.  This is even worse to watch.

By the way, I'm owed an apology by Vetteman.  The Bears were not blown out.

An apology you will not recieve,  I will not apologize for a prediction I made.   Cause its not like I will get an apology for you claiming that the Lions should be 2-2 and not the 4-0 they had earned and that the only reason they were there was due to other teams poor play.

I said that the game would be close and could go either way.  You said that the Lions would win in a blowout.  You were wrong.  Admit it.

Sure right after you admit you were wrong the Lions are actually a good team and deserve their record, and not how you claim as them being benefactors to poor play by other teams.

I never claimed that they weren't a good team.  I just happen to think that they wouldn't be 5-0 if two teams didn't collapse.  You'll get half of what you want.

OK,  Well the Lions didnt beat the shit out of the Bears as bad I as expected them too,  but they still beat the shit out of them.   I can do half assed as well.

But they didn't beat the shit out of them.  The Bears led in most every stat but the score.  Unfortunately this included penalty yards.  I don't know why you're so pissed.  I admitted that the Lions are a good team and they did win the game.  The Lions are 5-0.  Cheer up.

Yes they did,and  the score is the only stat that matters,  but 2 other important ones they led in we Rushing Yards and Total Yards.

I'm pissed because you, like every other Bears fan,  tries to short change others accomplishments.  I have dealt with that shit for years living in Chicago.  Bears fans are some of the worst fans in the NFL that I have ever dealt with.

And I couldnt be happier with the Lions right now being the second best team in Football.

1) Lions are not the 2nd best team in the NFL. They are a very good team that got a little lucky in a couple games.

2) They also didn't beat the shit out of the Bears. The Bears beat themselves.

a) Lovies is fucking stupid and should have taken the easy three in the first qtr. After all its not like that drive demonstrated in any way the o-line was capable of allowign Forte to get the 1st down.

b) The o-line is the primary reason the Bears have sucked for so many years now. That game was proof positive once again. 9 fucking false starts... ugh.

c) The o-line's complete waste of space also took the far better Bear defense (far better than the lion's d) and completely tire them out to the point they simply couldn't do much against Lions o-line and secondary.

d) Bear's shoudl have won that game and hopefully after this season we'll ditch Martz and focus the draft on an o-line above anything else. Additionally, I'm starting a petition to fucking pay Forte what he's worth... our entire damn team.

3) 49ers are going to trounce the lions... as will the eventual Packers who are clearly the best team in the NFL right now as much as it physically kills me to say it. Lions will lose both games to them by a lot.

Hell at this point, I'm still willing to say that the the playoffs will have the Packers and a 50/50 shot between Bears/Lions!

And here they come like clockwork.

1)  they have the second best record in Football,  so yes they are.

2)  Of course it was the Bears that lost and not the Lions that won,  no one can beat the Bears but themselves right.  They are way too good for that.

 a)  Those 3 points wouldnt have changed the outcome of the game, but I agree Lovie was an idoit and the Lions stopped the Bears twice on 1 yard conversion opportunities

b) Your Offensive line is horrific,  its why our defense was getting pressure with only 4 people and were in the backfeild almost every play.  The Bears suck I agree.  But the false starts had alot to do with the crowd noise as well.

c) The Bears defense was only on the feild for around 20 minutes,  if you are getting tired after that then its time to hang it up.  LOL at the Bears defense being far better than the Lions,  arent the Bears ranked 31st in total defense?

d) The Bears didnt have a chance at winning that game as they have far less talent then the Lions do.  The problem isnt your offensive coordinator,  it the lack of key players for that style of offense.  Youhad to take a great KR and turn him into a mediorce WR just to get a threat on the feild.  And Forte is going to be a Bear for awhile,  the Bears will probably  Franchise tag him next year.  And then sign him to a long term deal.

3) We will see,  the 49ers are a team thats very similar to the Lions,  have had a lot of issues in the recent past and have had terrible teams not even worthy of watching.  Its funny that you would instantly claim that they will trounce the Lions though,  cause its not like they have given any reasons to be any better a team than the Lions this year. But thats spoken like a true Bears fan.   And I know the Packers are the best team in football,  but I expect them to do what they did last year with them,  and thats split the 2 games.

Next week will prove my statements as the Lions lose to the niners.

You may throw off my comments all you want, but watch that game and re-watch the packers/bears game. Completely different. Packers BEAT the Bears, Lions played well and the Bears offense fell apart giving them the second half.

That's not true. The Lions have the best record right now, because the divisional games tiebreaker puts them above the Packers.

He just recognizes what I'm saying in that the PAckers are better... soon he'll realize other teams are better too and the Lions have a lot of talent and a little luck to go wtih their record.

They are the defending SB champs and they are undefeated still,  they are the best team with the best record until someone beats them.

Based on what statements?   All you did was give a blind prediction based on nothing.  Just because you think they will.

I threw off your comments because they were bullshit, plain and simple.

I did,  we gained more yards, gave up less turnovers and held the Bears to less points and beat the Bears by a higher margin.  The Lions beat the Bears,  our defense forced bad plays on the Bears offense as the Lions D-Line were in the backfeild on every play. The Lions beat the Bears

The Lions beat the Bears

The Lions beat the Bears

Its like music to my ears

Wow are you arrogant.   My thought on the Packers have nothing to do with you or anything you have said.

But oddly you describe the Lions exactly how I feel about them,  alot of talent with a little luck.  Which make me think its a slip as you meant to say the opposite.
