I tried it on easy with all of the assists turned on and I actually had fun. I pulled into the pit on my next to last lap and went from 1st place to 12th, though. I'm not a serious enough sim fan to give this game a full purchase but what I saw was pretty nice. Should do pretty well when it comes out. Hell, maybe, when I have to much money burning a hole in my pocket, I'll snatch it up. Maybe.
I have zero intention of purchasing this game for myself but maybe the kids will like it so I'll check it out.
I LOVE paying for Xbox Live! I also love that my love for it pisses off so many people.

I just got done playing. Tried all 3 cars and tried with most of the assists on and almost none of them on and it was awesome!
First off the graphics are noticeably better, the game has way less jaggies than F3 had. Cars look amazing, scenery looks great. I think I may have to get this before the end of the year!
A few things that disappointed me though was the damage was almost non-existent and no night/different weather conditions.
BTW I thought F3 was going to have 16 cars racing not 12.

Perhaps 12 was all they could fit in the demo?
The damage didn't seem as good as FM3(visually at least) but damn the game looks nice. I only tried the 458 with TCS and automatic gears and it was fun. The other drivers seem better than previous games(apart from the MP4 that nerfed me into a spin on the last corner!).
A pity they couldn't include some auto vista stuff, even if the just let you walk around the car.
I like the demo, and I really like the Rivals mode... can't wait for this game

So it's confirmed that the full game will have 16 drivers in it?
But yeah I really wish they would make damage realistic instead of stupid paint scrapes and stuff. That's by far my biggest request with Forza.
