Seems like you are primary a PC gamer. Everything electronic drops in price, if you wait for something cheaper or better, it is alway around the corner. If it is the right price for you, you should just get the graphics card. It seems like you would get more use out of that than a PS3 anyway.

it's a tad more than I would like to pay but it is within my price range and is the cheapest card that offeres a performance leap that is acceptableto me ; )

Yeah it just leads to a 404 error for me too.

And wow PS3 games really are more expensive!

If you have to get one I'd lean towards the GPU. It will probably be more useful to you in the long run and you'll still be using it when the next Xbox, Wii U, and PS4 come out.

I'd get the new GPU, the PC versions of Bioshock, Metro and Skyrim will be far superior in every way as well as cost less and have modding possibilities. The only reason I could see for buying the PS3 would be better controls in Batman. Then again; you can simply plug a controller into your PC...

There are very few multiplats i would ever get on console over PC...

I wouldn't even consider getting a TES or metro game on console

And i think I actually prefer M&K on Batman, precise and fast camera control helps a lot in big fights, the platforming sections on the other hand are better on a pad
