By your idea, 2 female girls could accuse a random guy that he drugged and raped them, and because they were "sure" it was him, he gets shipped off to jail with no trial.

yeap, probably true (im a christian by the way). and sadly the only thing that they teach to the children is prejudice agains no christians. (thats in my comunity, not saying every one). To bad for them my only guide in decisions is my good reason

The society we live in is sick enough we don't have to become sick ourself to judge this bastard of a human. We have make a progress as human because we don't act with our instinct but with our mind and logic. This system turns against human nature want us to act as animals that incident is the living proof of the unthinkable action that bastard did to this child. Do not blame the result of actions the system did to exist a (sub)human to act like that blame ourself for not doing nothing to change the system. No one can correctly because the phrase doesn't apply.  You improperly assume that everything in this world is caused by God according to Christian beliefs.  However, the Scriptures state that 1) God does not try with evil things (paraphrased), 2) time and unforeseen occurrence befall us all, and 3) that Satan also influences this world.  Thus, according to the Bible, this could be attributed to time and unforeseen occurrence as well as the spirit that Satan encourages.  Sorry for the offtopicness, but I couldn't let such a trollish comment go.

On topic: The most suitable punishment would be to allow this man to realize this full impact of what he's done.  Hopefully the pain from that would be more than anything some physical punishment could bring.
