Again, who is "Sure its the guy"
By your idea, 2 female girls could accuse a random guy that he drugged and raped them, and because they were "sure" it was him, he gets shipped off to jail with no trial.
Do you remember Tawana Brawlie? Duke Lacross? Where would these people be without a fair trial?
