Netflix is splitting itself into 2 companies now. Netflix will continue the instant streaming service, while the DVD by mail stuff will be a new company (still owned and operated by Netflix) called Quixster or something like that.
Expect Netflix to be able to get a lot more focus and support for their online streaming service this way.
