If there's something worse than POS invaders using the Ring of Fog + Stone Greatsword combo are the POS invaders that hide behind normal enemies. Haven't had a decent invasion recently.

Ok I've just defeated queelag which I found quite an easy fight she only hit me once. Ib rang the 2nd bell and went down the stairs but when that NPC dude asked if I was a servant I replied NO and now he won't let me past how do I get past him? Also is there any shortcut way back to the firlink shrine from here?

Yeah, people being pansies about it is annoying.  I had a decent match against someone from the Dragon covenent while screwing around in the painting world.  I didn't realize that that's what that dragon eye on the floor did when I examined it.  Guess you actually have to have someone accept your invasion for that covenant, seems like it wouldn't happen all that often.

Yeah, that's why I stopped being in it. You can get enough Dragon Stones in-game to level the covenant without invading, as rarely someone accepts invasions willingly (either by the Dragon Eye or the Red Soapstone).

Darkwraith's are a pretty annoying bunch, no wonder they're amongst the top "sinners" on the book of guilty. Some forest hunters are also annoying, especially the ones who keep running around the entire map because they know they can't beat you.

I'm officially in a stump. How the heck do you cut off Seath's tail? I've tried, literally, everything. Cutting it on the tip, on the middle, on every frigging part and it doesn't come out. Of course, Seath starts doing the flailing of death and there I go >_>.

Out of curiosity Lestat you've mentioned farming 20 humanities to save Solaire, exactly how do you go about saving him? I saw him being all depressed outside of the ruins after the goofy centipede boss. Is it too late to save him now?

Seath is a bastard to get his tail.  You need to cut off the tip, and you can only do it on his middle backmost tail which was annoying to get to.

I know that, the problem is that I can spend half an hour targetting the frigging tail and it still doesn't come out. What the hell is with that?

If you went to Lost Izalith, after speaking to depressed Solaire after the Centipede fight, throught the normal route (the lava filled with the lower parts of the Zombie Dragons) then it's too late to save him. To save him, you'll need to enter the Chaos Servant covenant, level it to +2 (by offering 30 humanity) and then a secret door will open, which is located to the right of the entrace before the Demon Firesage.

Well if you're hitting the correct tail then maybe he just bugged out.  I had one fight where Seath did not register any damage no matter what I did.  Was quite irritated since I had used a humanity to get some help for that fight in particular.

Finally did it. No wonder I was always missing, it only counts if you cut it on the very, milimeter thick, tip of the tail >_>. Two hits and it was gone. As if that was not enough, the loot only counts if you kill him, otherwise you have to start the whole process again since the loot doesn't come out till he's dead. The Moonlight Greatsword is an epic weapon for magic-users, sadly i'm not one of them >_<.

As for damage not counting, you could only trully damage it once you broke the crystal on the other side of the arena. Took me a while to figure that out as well >_>.
