Cast light = imperative friend if you want to reach the bottom of Tomb of Giants. It last a lot of time (5 minutes) and gives you 3 - 4 times the usual light around you.

Finally had the time to play again! I hate that wolf boss in the forest! Too agile for my class dammit! Took me about 20 tries to take him down. Anyways, I breezed through Sen's Fortress (lost only 1 time due to not finding the ninja bonfire) and got to Anor Londo.
OMG this place looks amazing, and I love the challenge, although the first chest-mimic made me lose 50k souls >_> Also got Havel's Armor. Damn, I must be the sole Sorcerer with a 40 Intelligence and Havel's Armor

It's official for me, Tomb of Giants is the most unfair place I've played on Dark Souls/Demon's Souls >_>. I managed to pass that spot with the two giant skeletons and the invisible archers only to drop into a place with 5 giant skeletons which proceeded to destroy me without able to do anything >_>.

Well, I did find a sorcery called Cast Light, but it requires that I invest three points in Intelligence...that's over 100K souls for me >_>. |
That's what raw Endurance and Strength gets you, herp derp

Yeah
On the other hand, I'm almost able to wear the entire Havel set without having it encumbering me

ill retry the way to Nito later, but the way to the firedemon was funny too.. multiple of those goat demons (..ehh.. Capra or something) ..funny story. xD .. but i killed the boss without serious problems, infact, he was pretty easy, since hes just an upgraded version of a boss most of you will have fought already. (i think)
Bed Time now. =(
Dark Souls is awesome. x)

I'm steering clear of approaching the Lost Izarith for now, since I want to avoid Solaire from going hollow, in case I need his help for the final boss. I still need to farm 20 more humanity, so that thought alone really is making me double-think it >_<.
Anyway, you can find the Skull Lantern halfway through the Tomb of Giants. This version of Patches will throw you down a pit (again the same trick) and in there you'll find the Skull Lantern (which works as a shield) and lights up the entire place, even giving visual cues as to where to go next.

Somebody please help me out. How do I beat those damn gargoyles? Once the second one comes down, I get beaten to by one while the other spams fire. It is a nightmare and i've been stuck there for the past 3 hours.
