Forums - Nintendo - Nintendo is being sued again...

ROFL, anyone notice that it is usually companies based on Texas that have been suing left and right? I say we nuke texas lol. Or allow them to be their own country and secede from the union. I personally would say good riddance.

Make games, not war (that goes for ridiculous fanboys)

I may be the next Maelstorm or not, you be the judge http://videogamesgrow.blogspot.com/  hopefully I can be more of an asset than a fanboy to VGC hehe.

This would be laughed out of court for inaction if it were a trademark case.

I am Mario.

I like to jump around, and would lead a fairly serene and aimless existence if it weren't for my friends always getting into trouble. I love to help out, even when it puts me at risk. I seem to make friends with people who just can't stay out of trouble.

Then we would have to pay them money to ship stuff to Mexico or even go to Mexico. But at least our water problem would be solved! And Americans would not have to worry about dying in a Texas Prison! With out a last meal....

Not to mention we would get rid of a huge redneck population in order to clean up the trashy image the US gets because of them "yee haw, AMERICA MAN! WE GOTS THEM BIG BOMBS BILLY BOB JOE, AND WE AINT GONNA HOLD BACK ON USING EM ON EM TERRORISTS WHO WANTS TO TERRORIZE US!" Hehe. Oh and I don't think we would have to pay them anything to ship stuff to Mexico, luckily we still have Arizona for that lol.

Filed in may 2005... when was Wiimote revealed? E3 2005... I think... and wasn't that E3 still in March.... my history might be fuzzy here though.

Well, considering the Wiimote was invented before 2005 (let alone 2010), I don't see the company winning the lawsuit. What will happen as a result is that Nintendo will use their crack shot legal team to counter-sew the company, and likely have their patent invalidated. Nintendo will also have them forced to pay Nintendo's legal fees. Lastly Nintendo will land the killing blow on the company when they sew them for damages.

This isn't exactly unprecedented for Nintendo, they have ruined companies in the past who incorrectly thought they would be able to sew Nintendo.

I certainly hope so. So tired of these type of lawsuits.

I dont see them winning since the Wii has been out for years now.

Gaming on: PS4 Pro, Switch, SNES Mini, Wii U, PC (i5-7400, GTX 1060)

This will only cost them lots of money since there's no way for them to win. Why even try? >_>

I agree. And this happened before, and Nintendo handled it just fine. I am sure after they were hit the first time , they went in and did another look as well to make sure they did not miss anything.

Sometimes i think they wait for companies to make money before suing them, that way they either win or reach a settlement. I hope they waste their time.

wow so they waited till "Now" to file a lawsuit?... they only took 5 years.
