Forums - General - Cutting pancakes with knives is over-rated!

How do you prepare your pancakes

I cut mine with a knife! 4 25.00%

I rip mine with my hands! 3 18.75%

I fold mine into a roll! 5 31.25%

I eat mine whole! 3 18.75%

I don't eat pancakes/waffles! 1 6.25%

Total:16

I mean, seriously, what's the point in using a perfectly clean knife just to cut a pancake / waffle into pieces. Ripping a pancake with your hands is far superior. Here are some advantages:

- Save time.
- Save a perfectly good knife
- Ripping is easier than cutting
- Avoid getting cut
- You get more pussy by showing women you're good with your fingers!
- More & much, much more!

Name me one advantage for using a fork/kinfe as opposed to ripping with your hands... Okay, maybe the shapes may look neater, but it doesn't matter because they're going to be in your mouth in two minutes...

Of course, I mean before you apply syrup or whatever sweetner you use.

Amirite?

Agreed. If you need a knife to cut your pancakes / waffles / french toast, then you clearly need to change up the recipe, or stop overcooking the damn things.

You know I was always wondering why no one ever used the dollar sign for $ony, but then I realized they have no money so it would be pointless.

Why rip it at all? Just make a pancake roll out of it. Much easier to do, much easier to eat and you won't even need a fork.

....after thinking about it, that wouldn't work with waffles, so my thread is still relevant!

Or you could just take two waffles and put them together to make a waffle sandwich.

You must eat some floppy waffles. My waffles brake when bent. I eat Eggo waffles.

hmm a waffle-waffle sandwich. That doesn't sound very attactive to be honest.

In this country we don't have pancakes often, normally just pancake day (actually think they're different to american pancakes as well, not type you wanna eat with your hands with lemon and sugar on) so we want to savour them.
