had to beat Milwaukee and Phily 8/10 times in the last few weeks just to make the playoffs.
then down 4 to 0 in game 2 in the division series, and came back against cy young winner Cliff lee. and won
then in game 5, Carpenter had the 2nd best post season start of all time, defeating cy young award winner and good friend Roy halladay.
then Tony larrussa does some fantastic managing, and we run all over the Brewers and nyger morgan.
then the rangers and game 6!!!!
down by 2 runs in the bottom of the 9th, 2 outs, 2 strikes, 1 pitch from lossing the World Series, and St. Loius native, David Freese hits a 2 RBI double, to tie the game. then we go to extras, and Josh Hamilton hits a 2 run home to put us away for good, but it wasnt to be, Lance Berkman with 2 outs and 2 strikes, hit a RBI single to tie the game, then the next inning David Freese,ends it with a booming homer.
the game 7, Carp does what Carp does, hes a horse. he overcame a rough start on 3 days rest, and won the game.
