i wouldnt say its really bad, it all depends on how much you like the series, i have played much worse

Bleach was developed by Sony though, or was funded anyway, same reason Demon's Souls is exclusive, Sony partially developed and funded it.

Good news, NIS really do need and deserve more sales. Although I'm not particularly interested in this game, I really hope to see some JRPGs on the 360 from NIS.
