Darn I was hoping it would be funny! Seriously though good for him to get that off his chest.

This isn't one of those funny moments. It's one of those touching moments when Oprah cames out of nowhere and everyone starts hugging eachother.

Very true that was touching, just always hope for a good laugh I suppose.

Would've been fun if he had gotten the wrong number.

Dad took it well. Don't know how I'd react if my kid told me he's gay.

That made me feel compassionate/happy for the guy. The father reacted much better than i thought he would. I wouldn't stop loving my son if he was gay, but i would feel a bit disappointed at the beginning.

Also, american soldiers on german soil? WTF???

I assume he was streaming live from 1945. Or it could be that he's on a NATO base or something. Both are plausible.

hm?  There are US bases in Germany.  I lived in one right outside of Stuttgart for about 3 and a half years.  Don't think it was a NATO base specifically, just seemed like any of the other bases I'd stayed in at that age.  Could be wrong though I suppose.

I liked better the one where the audience at the Republican debate boos a man for serving his country because he's gay

Two guys = "the audience"?
