Yeah, I thought the MS/Apple ones were pretty helpful actually. Sony was just trying to pimp their products. Xbox one was pretty funny giving out Jenny's number. ;-p

Despite the situation (in the issue above), the Microsoft representative still helped the guy when he could of easily told him to call Apple customer care.

Sony customer care is just awful in comparison. I swear, the couple of times I called for something they were so cold and heartless.


Ya I had decent conversation with the microsoft customer service, he ended up giving me a discount that I missed a month ago on xbox live renewel. Nintendo is generally really great as well, but I haven't had to deal with them outside of disc laser issue for my gamecube which is almost a decade ago.

Sony on the other hand, isn't the greatest, but I never really had to deal with playstation brand customer service (had to call for another sony product that I own). 



 

MS customer service is good enough for me, its helpful but not as helpful as I would have liked. Still great. I never had a reason to call on to Sony though, so I don't know, but I have heard they are not as good. Nintendo is famous for being the best.
