yup its a cool addition to the game. Link will have lots of shields and probably many upgrades to the sword as he forges it to become the master sword or so I've read somewhere :P

Super awesome. Saw it in the other thread but didn't mind seeing it again at all.

I hope this is one of the additions that actually stick. There were great ideas in past Zelda games that were used once and then dumped - like the ring system in the Oracle games.
