For all we knew those could be butt hurt fanboys raging about 3DS getting Monster Hunter so its best we wait for more reliable source.

Quite frankly, the only negative point that DQIX had was the departure from the individual character roaster to a non-characteristic character class, so only the MC had it's own story (which made sense in DQIX's story), other than that it was a pretty amazing game, in a lot of aspects better than VIII. 

I believe we should wait to see more before we go judging a game beforehand, especially since it's easy to damage the reputation of any game nowadays with the typical forum act "opinion = fact"

A lot of rage was directed at the fairy who travels with you (and is also dumb as hell).

I don't think it would be unthinkable if Monster Hunter 3G looks worse than Portable 3rd. If it does, then it is likely due to a crappy port. However, it looks almost identical to the Wii version from what I can tell. I'm pretty sure that Monster Hunter on Wii looks better than Portable 3rd. Should this not hold up to the Wii version in terms of graphics, then it's because of a lackluster effort on Capcom's part.

Truth be told, it's probably just a lot of BS being said.

I have no real problem with the lowered difficulty - some of the monsters towards the end of the game are outrageous in terms of HP
