What does that have to do with Justin Bieber. She's certainly not cool/hip enough to be part of those crowds.

Nothing weird about it. I did so myself when I was 15-16 (I was big on the emo thing back then).
That explains his lack of testicals, a penis, an Adam's apple, and other things that distinguish men from women.
