since i watched the latest star wars movies before the original i think they are much better in every way. And so i really enjoyed Mass effect story. Tho my favorite despite not original, uncharted 2 was pretty entertaining playthough the entire way.

edit: cant forget portal but its not really a Story but more of a mystery/relationship that if written as a book or done as a movie would of never worked. 

Heavy Rain.

The Uncharted series deserves a mention for possible some of the best voice acting, storytelling and characters I've experienced this gen though.
