Btw, is it true that it could have been a star but the lack of critical mass and the Sun avoided it?

i like universe talk as im an amateur astronomer! but if i could visit a planet in out solar system it would have to Saturn, simple because of its amazing rings, i'd love to see what the view looked like when standing on the planet. i bet it would be awesome looking up at these gigantic rings circling the planet.

As we're on the subject of the universe, as anyone looked at the supernova thats happening in the Pinwheel galaxy? its a once in a life time chance to see the biggest explosions in the universe!

It could have been but it would have needed much more mass. 75 times more. It's got the right materials though.

However, Jupiter still generates as much heat as it receives from the sun.

Venus, because its nice to be near something as hot as I am ;)




:P I clicked Venus as I think its the closest thing were going to get to a second earth that's close to us imo

(personally, I think we should just move those hot dangerous gases to Mars so it gains an atmosphere so in a few years it'll be able to also support life, so we can potentially have 3 habitable planets in the galaxy :))

Of the planets you listed it would be Venus. Snowy (led) mountain peaks and a truly different site then all other planets. maybe pluto and the reason would be mainly because nobody saw how it looks there (yet)

Also even diving into the atmosphere of gas giants would be a short pleasure because very soon everything would be dark. Maybe diving into the hexagonal form on Saturns pole would be nice since it lets light deep into the planet. Seeing thousends of miles high clouds would be interesting. the diamond "rain" on neptune if it happens, then in the deep layers. You couldnt even see it.

But the by far visually most interesting body Titan is sadly not listed. Crystal clear lakes rivers and super slow rain combined with a landscape out of water even the desert is made out of water grains. Also crystal clear means you can see on the bottom of every lake no matter how deep it is.
