PAK FA was never offered for sale to Koreans officially, at least spokesman from Sukhoi knows nothing about such an offer. It couldn't be offered even theoretically at this point. The T-50 Golden Eagle was just assumption on my part, the journalists have probably mixed up these news or something. I haven't followed the story since then, so I don't know how it was resolved if it was. Wikipedia simply refers to the article in question that started the rumour.

In bold- yeah I know, I did point this out. Same goes with the F-35. PAK - FA is known as T-50.
