my only change to the controller would for it have more of a "trigger" like buttons for the LR/R2 buttons

Ah damn, you're totally right. I just googled for the 360 controller and took the first image. I haven't actually tried the new models with the nice D-Pad, but I'd definitely prefer those. I don't use the dpad very often though, so it's not a huge dealbreaker for me.

I like the original served me well through childhood and is still serving me exceptionally well.

Those buttons on the 3rd one would be awfully small.

Awe man here after reading your thread title I thought that new concept controllers got leaked from Sony. Like the prototypes leaked prior to PS3's launch. I was expecting to see something official and actually educational as to the direction Sony is taking with their controller in the future.

Instead its just a fan made concept that's pretty good. But I don't really care to see a fan made concept unless maybe Sony officially commented on it. I was hoping to see some real legit Sony concepts!
