I am really happy with Steam, I was a bit reluctant at the beginning, but the service is awesome compared to the cons. Ofc the aggressive marketing and the low prices makes me play more games for cheaper.

The only thing they should fix is the fact that when you go offline and steam was updating a game, you can't access steam, and some game can't be started if you're offline. So you do have to start steam when you're computer is online, us the 'Go offline' option, and it's fine. Since I had to change my location for work, I've already had this, and for three weeks I couldn't play any of the games I had because of this... feature.

One comment about TF2's F2P move. On the servers I used to play, now there's too much useless snipers...

Yes, TF2 helped with those numbers. But I agree for TF2, it has changed a bit--no more stupid hats please! But it isn't so hard to find a good vanilla servers.
