Forums - Sony - It would be awesome if Sony added AirPlay Mirroring feature to the PS Vita!!!

What AirPlay Mirroring is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7ag65OGvC3c

This would be possible since Vita is built for excellent gaming and allows for multitasking, and it is equipped with both blue-tooth and wifi.

Sony would just need a new firmware to enable PS3s and/or Sony TVs to serve as receiving hubs of the Vita's signal to project the image/audio on the big screen.

That would be amazing, going from the big screen, to mobile, to another big screen, etc. without any tedious file switching or anything (just changing some in game options in the menu)!!!  *Hopes*  :D

There's a reason why so few portables allow you to display on screens other than the ones they were designed for. Increasing the screen size does not increase the resolution - pixelation will be very noticeable, and why would you want to display the signal on a phone, which is going to be about the same as the vita screen?

People are never happy with the features they have...

PS One/2/p/3slim/Vita owner. I survived the Apocalyps3/Collaps3 and all I got was this lousy signature.

Xbox One: What are you doing Dave?

sounds cool to me

I was quite amazed by the speed and how fluent it worked on the ipad. The transition between the ipad and TV is great. Normally I hate everything Apple related, but this is great.
If Vita could do it, all the better.

playing right now: Xenoblade Chronicles

Hype-o-meter, from least to most hyped:  the Last Story, Twisted Metal, Mass Effect 3, Final Fantasy XIII-2, Final Fantasy Versus XIII, Playstation ViTA

bet with Mordred11 that Rage will look better on Xbox 360.
