Isn't this game on the DS as well?how did it perform?

Sold about 500K-600k ATM.

Although it's a great number it was over shipped. I actually thought of a worse case scenario for the PS3.Luckily it will be released this year in Japan and hopefully they localized both games.

So it has done below expectations?

Well in a way yeah but Level-5 is happy about the sales. That's the most important thing.

I remember that, before the release, some were saying that Level-5 wants this to become their new big IP.Any words of a sequel?

Surely yes. It only had one shipment (the first shipment was 600,000 copies) and the game hit the bargain bin a couple of months after it's release because it was overshipped. The PS3 version won't sell as good as the DS version but I'm pretty sure they won't overship this time.

Sure they won't.Has the game been released in the west?I'm too lazy to check it's sales

lol it hasn't and there's also no word on a future localization which worries me because I really want the PS3 version.

I wonder why?it seems like a high-profile game,is there an estimated budget?

No news about the sequel and they have a lot of projects ATM. Time Traveler, Layton X ace attorney, Cinderella Girl, Fantasy Life and it would be silly to think they are not making games for the VIta. They also working on a Gundam game. Level-5 is very busy. Lol

Level-5 world event is 2 months away so we might hear something there. Anyways the PS3 version has a different story so we can just treat it as a sequel or a prequel.

Not that I've heard of. But nearly every Level-5 games are eventually localized so I'm still very hopeful.

Have faith. They recently open up a LA studio so all hope is not lost.
